Photography
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.375% will be added to all retail orders shipping to a New York address without proof of a New York reseller's permit.
Return Policy
Ima Design Company / B Jewelry guarantees your satisfaction. Should you need to return an item for any reason, unworn merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise or return if accompanied by an original receipt within two weeks of purchase. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return items must be shipped in secure packaging so damages will not occur in transit. Ship Returns to: C. Kagoshima 255 Cabrini Blvd., New York, NY 10040. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.
Terms
B Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. In stock merchandise ships within 24 hours should the sale occur Monday through Friday, 12:00PM. Ima Design Co. closes it's offices on weekends. Should any item be out of stock we will do our best to fill the order within seven business days.
